Two Component Fast Cure Polyurethane Resin for Sealing :

Product Description :
SRI FIL 9FCis a two component resin for permanent water sealing applications.  SRI FIL 9FCis environmental friendly resin and does not contain any solvent or any other volatile chemicals.  SRI FIL 9FChas component A and component B.  When mixed together 1: 1 a hydrophobic resin/foam is formed which prevents large, rapid water leakages.

In certain conditions if needed SRI FIL 9FC can be further cured extremely fast, by adding 0.5 to 9 % of our accelerator SRI PUR 9A.

Applications

SRI PUR 9 can be used in various applications to prevent water/ other leakages, like

  • Mining – Prevent high pressure water inflow into mine cavities
  • Void filling
  • Civil Engineering – Foundation stabilization/ prevents moisture in basements
  • Tunneling – Rapid setting resin will help/ prevent water seepage into tunnels
  • Reconstruction/ repairing of construction joints

Application Guidelines

Components A and B of SRI FIL 9FC are delivered ready to use.  They are injected in the ratio 1:1 using a two component injection pump equipped with in-line mixer.  SRI mixer or any other commercial inline mixer/ injection system with 1:1 capability can be used.

Packaging

> SRI FIL 9FC is available in the following packing:
> Component A: 30 kg cans or 210 kg drums
> Component B: 35 kg cans or 245 kg drums

Storage : Both component A and B should be sealed in closed containers until used.  If stored in dry conditions, unopened, tightly sealed both components are stable for one year at 15 to 35⁰C.

Safety Precautions :

Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for safety measures. Avoid contact with skin and eyes by using personal protective equipment, such as overalls, gloves and eye goggles. If in contact with skin occurs, wash thoroughly using soap and water.  If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice.

The cured products are harmless.Uncured products should be prevented from entering local drainage system and water courses. Spillage must be collected using absorbent materials such as sawdust and sand and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

Product Description :
SRI SIL 9SF is a two component resin for consolidation of soil or rocks.  SRI SIL 9SF is environmental friendly resin and does not contain any solvent or any other volatile chemicals.

SRI SIL 9SF has component A and component B.  When mixed together 1: 1 a hydrophobic resin is formed which hardens and consolidates the treated area.
